Paul holds a M.Ed. in Career Counseling and Ph.D. in Health Promotion from the University of Missouri. He began his career as a Career Advisor, assisting retired professional athletes through the career transition process. Paul has four years experience as an Adjunct Professor of Sport Psychology at the University of Missouri and Adams State University. Currently, Paul provides consulting services for healthcare organizations, and independent career advising services.
